The brushless drive has a braking energy recovery function. Conveyor systems do not require pneumatic or conventional drives, which must operate continuously.

There are several models available for various types of different conveyor systems. For users, this means only a single interface, not multiple interfaces. Depending on the field of application, PolyVee belts, round belts or timing belts can be used for force transmission. Nine gear ratios to choose the perfect speed and torque pairing. Low-noise operation is achieved using decoupling elements.
5. No maintenance required, easy to install
The drive with internal commutation electronics requires no maintenance. Equipped with overload protection to prevent damage caused by overheating or blockage. It passes through a motor with a 5-pin snap-on plug
The cables are connected reliably without complicated screw connections.
APPLICATIONS
Roller Conveyors: Roller motors are widely used in roller conveyors to drive conveyor belts or rollers to transport materials from one location to another. This application is common in logistics centers, manufacturing plants, ports and other locations.
Drum Mixers: In industrial production, drum motors are used to drive drum mixers to blend and mix different materials to achieve specific ratios and mixing effects. This application is common in the chemical and food processing industries.
Drum Dryer: Drum motors are also used to drive drum dryers, where wet materials are placed inside the drum and drying operations are realized by rotating the drum and heating devices. This application is widely available in the food, chemical and building materials industries.
Tumbler Screeners: Tumbler motors are used to drive tumbler screeners, which place raw materials inside the tumbler to be screened and graded in order to realize the sorting and processing of granular materials. This application is common in mining, building materials, metallurgy and other industries.
Drum Washer: In domestic and commercial washing machines, drum motors are used to drive the drums of the washing machine, which rotate and flow water for washing and rinsing of clothes. This application is common in everyday life.
Drum Mills: Drum motors are used to drive drum mills for grinding and pulverizing raw materials to achieve specific particle size and texture requirements. This application is common in the chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing industries.
